our commitment to ensuring equality, diversity, and inclusion across all our activities.

The GEP is publicly available on our website and signed by top management.
2. Dedicated Resources
Scyring allocates management oversight and resources to implement and monitor
the plan.
3. Data Collection & Monitoring
Gender-disaggregated data will be collected annually, with progress reports.
4. Training & Awareness
Staff and decision-makers will participate in annual training sessions on gender
equality and unconscious bias.
